The Performance Club is a team of industry leading professional coaches with years of experience — dedicated to helping you get results. When you join The Performance Club, you’re not just a number, you are provided with guidance, accountability, and motivation from professionals who know how to get it done.
What does my first Class look like?
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned professional, your first class with us will leave you wanting more.
Arrival + Check-In
Arrive 10 minutes early and check in with our front desk. Our team is available to answer any questions you may have about the gym and our workouts. Meet your The Performance Club Coach and grab a spot on the gym floor.
Warm-up and Workout
Warm-Up:
Move through a dedicated coach-led warm up designed specifically to prime and prepare your body for that day’s workout.
Main-Workout:
Lift weights or sweat it out during our strength and conditioning class to build and maintain lean muscle, improve your cardio and develop your functional fitness.
High 5’s and Debrief
We have 15 minutes set aside between all session times to give you time to share high fives and talk to your TPC Coach about nutrition, recovery, and anything else that will help you reach your goals faster!
